NOT gentle
My boyfriend got me a set of PTR products and this was one of the items in the set. The name is so misleading because these are certainly not in the least bit gentle. Alcohol seems to be the most prominent ingredient in these pads. The smell is overwhelmingly medicated. Even though I steered clear of my eye area, just the solution on my cheeks made my eyes water from all the alcohol. I thought these pads would be a nice addition to my skincare regime to help combat my blackheads, but even using these once a week is too harsh. Works good
I got these after reading all the hype and I'm glad I did. I didn't notice any miracles, but I did notice a definite improvement in my omplexion. They are quite expensive, but they do clear up acne, although mine got really bad for a few days before it got better. I would use it with a very gentle cleanser and not add too many products on top as it can be very drying and burn your skin a little. I like it
This was recommeded to me by my esthetician. I used it once at night every other night for 3 weeks, then moved up to once a day. It helps reduce the size of the pimples with after about 2 - 3 days. its not perfect but I like using it becuase its not harsh, and I can tolerate the scent. I use this for my exfoliator!

PTR Correction Pads
These pads are fantastic on acne prone skin. The mixture of glycolic acid and salycic acid works well to exfoliate the skin while clearing breakouts. Its gross looking at all the dirt and grim left on the pad when I use it after removing my makeup/washing my face. I only use a pad every other day because they can be pretty drying. Also, the jar comes with so much extra liquid that if i need a zit to be zapped on the spot i'll dip a q-tip in it and use it as an on the spot zit zapper. And could they be any more convienent? Awesome Product
Pricey, but I use these pads every morning after washing my face and I am always surprised to see how much extra dirt and grease rubs off on these pads even after I have washed my face! I also use them at night before I apply my night cream and I use them as my makeup brush cleaner they really wipe my concealer and foundation brushes clean! Exfoliation

Works well
I have been using the Peter Thomas Roth Complexion Correction Pads (both gentle and max strength) for years. I first started using them as a teenager when acne is at its worst. I would use it after sports and horseback riding to help get rid of some of the sweat and dirt from my face (after I took a shower of course) The pads really do an excellent job of helping minimize redness and swelling from pimples, which was the main reason I love the pads and still use them for the occasional breakout.
