This was recommeded to me by my esthetician. I used it once at night every other night for 3 weeks, then moved up to once a day. It helps reduce the size of the pimples with after about 2 - 3 days. its not perfect but I like using it becuase its not harsh, and I can tolerate the scent. I got these after reading all the hype and I'm glad I did. I didn't notice any miracles, but I did notice a definite improvement in my omplexion. They are quite expensive, but they do clear up acne, although mine got really bad for a few days before it got better. I would use it with a very gentle cleanser and not add too many products on top as it can be very drying and burn your skin a little.
