Peter Thomas Roth Instant Mineral Powder SPF 45 Reviews

Very easy to use.
SubCulture (228 reviews)Just dab the brush all over your face to deposit the sunblock powder. No need to blend like you do with powder makeup. It does not affect your makeup nor leave you with sticky fingers from creamy sunblocks. Whether or not it actually deposits enough sunblock for adequate spf protection is difficult to determine. I only use this to reapply throughout the day. I always use a liquid sunblock in the morning. Even though you get a very small amount of product, it does seem to last a while. — 8 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Very convenient
chanceuxlilas (322 reviews)This is a great idea for easy sunscreen application. I didn't have any difficulties with the brush dispensing too little or too much product like I had with other similar containers. Note, if your skin is on the dry side, you will need to use a good moisturizer. — 3 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Can destroy your handbag
elena62 (163 reviews)I have this in 2 formulas (Oily and this one) I use a lotion under makeup and apply this as needed. great concept but the packaging could be better my brushes shed on my face and the back end of tube opened up in my makeup case and spilled everywhere. I will continue to use, But would like to see better brush and package. Would have given 10stars but the packaging really needs works. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Safety Net: Peter Thomas Roth's Instant Mineral SPF 30
girlwomanbeautybrainsblog (232 reviews)I have recently become a shade worshiper as a result of family members developing skin cancer, and I have four faves in my sunscreen arsenal -- Peter Thomas Roth's being one of the four. This one travels in my handbag at all times. I never leave home without it. Instead of applying a creamy sunscreen over makeup after leaving the house for the day, I reach in my handbag, grab the PTR Instant Mineral SPF 30, dust it on my face, and I am once again protected from the sun. It is sheer enough that it doesn't cake up, settle in fine lines, or add any color to the skin. For me, it truly is a safety net because I wouldn't apply a goopy type of sunscreen. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful

Easiest sunscreen in the world!
BeautyJunkieAmber (231 reviews)I’m the friend that everyone tells to shut-up because I am so passionate about sunscreen. I cannot emphasize how important it is to wear SPF daily. Peter Thomas Roth Instant Mineral SPF 30 is sheer PERFECTION! You can wear it alone, or even use it to set your make-up. It’s translucent matte finish also helps control shine throughout the day. And since you need to reapply your sunscreen during the day anyway, I can’t think of any easier way than when I pull this out of my purse and just dust it on all over my face. This is actually with me in my handbag, EVERY SINGLE DAY. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

convenient!
mamalicious (196 reviews)i love this sunscreen! i took it on vacation and used it on my part to avoid sunburn on my head (better than greasy oil in my hair). its also nice for setting makeup. its so easy and quick! and feels so much better than a thick cream when you're out in the heat! — 10 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

package need better quality material
judy_iris (20 reviews)I got this about month ago and after a few time use the powder actuly leak out from bottom, about 2 or 3 weeks , top lid cracked. and I carry it in my make-up bag, so in case it totally fail and leak. for $30 , I think peter thomas roth should use better material for his package, definitely. though , it is very convinetnt to use , but sometime I am wonder if it is offer spf 30 because I don't know how we really get that spf 30. I living about hour drives from mall I brought it, no time drive to there to exchange or return it, so I just keep use it but may not buy it again. by the way, I think Peter should check out the package "wet n wild brounzzer brush" design, it almost like this one but more smart way and user-friendly. — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

perfect for oily skin
itsadoozie (88 reviews)I LOVE using this as a finishing powder after applying makeup. It's way better than those oil-free sunblock lotions since it is a powder and absorbs oil. Only negatives are 1) sometimes a gentle tap is not enought to get the powder from the barrel to the brush and 2) maily for the face and neck, not the entire body. I would buy again and again — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Making applying sunscreen easy
KatGuo (6 reviews)I got the mineral SPF30 for oily problem skin. I am very satisfied with this product. Most sunscreen make me break out and I hate applying more cream over my moisturizer and makeup. It just gets so messy. Thanks for this powder form sunscreen, I have reapply easily. It has titanium dioxide to block harmful UVA/UVB rays and zinc oxide to treat problem skin. The powder also seems to have a matte finish. My only complain is that i can't tell how much of the powder I put on and sometimes the powder escape and fly everywhere. This might be a problem for people with asthma. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
