Light, fresh and moisturizing - really absorbs quickly. But you have to use more than what they say (A pea-sized drop for your whole face and neck). I have had nothing but good results using this moisturizer. It absorbs completely, spreads well, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I also find the scent light and unoffensive(many skin products have such a heavy smell).
