I have highlighted hair that I wash every other day. I use this is if I skip a wash, or if I take a nap and need to quick style afterwards. It really helps wake up my hair and style. Fine line
between just enough and too much with this. I used to use it religiously and then my hair seemed to revolt and say no more. I have thick coarse poofy hair and it just doesnt work like it used to. IT'S THE BEST!
I have naturally curly, coarse hair. I use this product after I blow dry with a diffuser. Usually, my hair is like straw. After I use this product, (a little goes a long way) my hair is soft and supple and the curls are defined. Not for my stubborn hair
After reading so many rave reviews in different venues, I decided to give this stuff a try even though I had been disappointed with other John Frieda products for "frizz". This one didn't change my opinion. I put this on before blow drying, and my hair was maybe a little less frizzy. I have naturally wavy hair, that is thin and fine, as well as color treated. I use this to tame any flyaways and frizz. It gives great shine and is not sticky, stiff, oily or makes your hair look wet, flat and/or untouchable.
