Good value
You get the most bang for your buck, as these are quite cheap it's a big plus. I've been using these to fill in my brows for years and they work well. You can control how light or dark it is drawn on, so you can make it more natural or dramatic. It comes with a free sharpener, so that's a plus. Natural Looking

pretty good value
They are very cheap but worth it. They look natural, don't smudge easily & long lasting. I find it a little hard to apply sometimes with my eyes, but are great for brows! Very good
The $3 that I had spent on these eyeliners were very well allocated in my opinion. First of all there are 2 eye/brow pencils and a sharpener in the package. Also, the eyeliners glide on smoothly and looked perfect the very first time that I had applied to my eyelids. best (and cheapest) eyeliner pencil
i work at Sephora, so i have access to all the more expensive makeup lines. but i always end up going back to my favorite covergirl brow pencil!! it lasts all day and it is the perfect color. Awesome for Brows
As a Brow Filler, I'm so stoked about these pencils. I use the dark brown shade and this pencil fills so well. The tiny sharpener it comes with really helps keep the pencil super sharp so I can fill in the very sparse ends of my brows without them looking unnaturally full. The color stays put all day and the pencils only need to be sharpened one a week so they last a long time. As a eyeliner, I've found the color to be a nice soft brown that is perfect for days when black would be too much. They are fairly smudgeproof too. And each pack comes with two pencils. Holy Grail Eyebrow Product!
I have used these pencils in midnight black for at least 10 years. They are a fantastic consistency for brows..meaning they are a great hard pencil that allows me to draw on individual hairs so that my brows don't look so drawn on. Great for getting that perfect "shape."
I switched from beauty supply to drugstore brands as I tightened my budget. But thankfully, it hasn't compromised the look of my brows. And trust me, my natural brows are uneven, sparse, and pretty much far from nice-looking without a touch of a filler. So this is saying a lot. From my experience, I've found that this product can work as a good "base." I like to use this pencil to create an ideal shape for my brows. Since it's hard to apply a lot of product without a streaky fake-looking "drawn" effect, I like to go a bit lighter with this stuff. Hated It!
I never throw things away. I will suffer through just about anything, but this was awful! It might be ok for eyebrows, but it is painful as an eyeliner. It literally brought tears to my eyes trying to apply it.
