Hated It!
I never throw things away. I will suffer through just about anything, but this was awful! It might be ok for eyebrows, but it is painful as an eyeliner. It literally brought tears to my eyes trying to apply it. This company also tests on animals.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Brow-a-riffic
I have used Cover Girl brow pencils my whole life. These are great and dependable. Super thickness, but they do not smear. Do not leave them in a hot car, because the inside of the pencil will melt out, though. Apply powder, blend, go out! Fabulous for blondes who want eyes to pop!
