Okay, decent starter liquid eyeliner
It would glob up fast for me and the tip was too soft. I didn't like the shine of the eyeliner after it dried. It also smudged off pretty easily. dont like the tip

The felt tip is the best for liquid eyeliners. Brushes move around too much, cake type is not intense enough, and pencils are not as durable for a long wear. This comes in carbon black, which is the blackest black you can find. With the pointy felt tip, you can go between lashes so easily. I put this over my silicone based long wear eyeliner (such as Revlon ColorStay) to give it an all day smudge proof effect, my power trademark secret.
