Okay, decent starter liquid eyeliner
It would glob up fast for me and the tip was too soft. I didn't like the shine of the eyeliner after it dried. It also smudged off pretty easily. dont like the tip

Essential!
The felt tip is the best for liquid eyeliners. Brushes move around too much, cake type is not intense enough, and pencils are not as durable for a long wear. This comes in carbon black, which is the blackest black you can find. With the pointy felt tip, you can go between lashes so easily. I put this over my silicone based long wear eyeliner (such as Revlon ColorStay) to give it an all day smudge proof effect, my power trademark secret. Not bad....
I started using this when Maybelline discontinued their felt tip eyeliners. Work almost as well as Maybelline, except the tip is a little longer and the colors aren't as good. It also tends to dry up quickly so you don't have a lot of time to play around when putting this on. I also noticed that after a few hours, it just doesn't look as fresh. A good basic black liquid eyeliner
I'm relatively new to using liquid eyeliner, so I'm not very good at applying it :) But this felt tip liner makes it much easier to get a straight, even line. The staying power of this liner is amazing too. It doesn't budge all day, and looks exactly the same at night as it did when I first applied it in the morning. That said, it is a little hard to remove. I use an eye makeup remover with oil and it still takes a couple minutes of gentle rubbing to get everything off. Impressive!!
I usually lean towards pencil liners when it comes to eye liner; I never really thought that I would like anything else. When I tried this felt tip though, I immediately fell in love. I believe I have finally found the holy grail of eyeliners. First of all, I love the idea of a felt tip; pencil liners are fine but need to be sharpened regularly, liquid liners are tricky to use, and cake liners just do not provide enough pigments. I love felt tips because they do not need to be sharpened, are easy on clumsy girls like me, and can be very VERY dark. This felt tip liner was great because the one I bought was nice and dark (I purchased it in Carbon Black) and did not smear or flake or fade or move around all day. It also did not move even when I purposely rubbed my eyes a little bit to see how it was doing. Still, it washed off easily enough with my usual makeup remover (breath of relief). An added bonus is that the packaging is also nice, and does not draw attention. I prefer L’Oréal and Revlon to other drugstore brands because I am such a packaging snob. I seriously cannot stand Maybelline’s neon purple and green tubes. I generally adore L’Oréal products, since they are such high quality for such a low price. This eyeliner is absolutely perfect: it is long lasting, dark, affordable, and easy to apply. What else could you want in an eye liner? I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I have already bought some for my friends as gifts and they also LOVE them! The only liquid liner I will use.
I really love this liquid eyeliner. The application is kind of weird in my opinion because the felt tip is really long and gives a thin line only, for the most part. But it lasts all day, even on my waterline, without smudging or melting off. It's a decent price and definitely worth that money. Great Introduction to Liquid Liners
I purchased this after hearing about it all over the YouTube beauty community. I never had much luck with other liquid eyeliners because of the density of the triangle shaped brush. The applicator is long so you can lay it horizontally along your lash line and just drag it. Now I have moved on to gel eyeliner but I will always have fond memories of this product. I would just put a thin line on my upper lash line everyday in highschool and it wouldn't budge all day. It was okay.....
I like how the tip is not like those other ones made out of fibers that could "feather." It has a unique almost silicone looking tip. I didnt like how the product was too runny to apply. Some areas ended up looking darker than another area. I wish they made the tip a little shorter too. Makes it hard to control with how long the tip is.
