  The Worst!

  I have this in Sugar Rush. It is a pretty color but it lasts maybe 10 minutes on my lips before disappearing. And it feels greasy, not silky. Don't waste your money on this one! May 6, 2008, 9:46 am

  Silky finish--great color

  Benefit Cosmetics Silky Finish Lipstick Lipstick is one of the great products that Carmindy recommends in her 5 minute face. Since Carmindy knows a thing or two about makeup, I knew it was a product I had to try. I have Hug It Out which, according to the Benefit website is a pink nectar color with a pearl finish. Honestly,... when I first saw the color I was nervous that it would be too dark because it doesn’t look pink at all–it looks more brown, however it doesn’t apply as dark as it seems in the tube. It’s actually a very light raisin color like their “Hold It� with a very pretty sheen. The color is buildable, so you can smooth it over once for a light application, or apply it several times for a richer color. This lipstick goes on so smooth you almost want to believe you are wearing gloss. Your lips will feel so silky and don’t feather. I really like it and can see why it’s on Carmindy’s list.   Just Dessert

  This is my absolutely favorite color from the Betty line for my fair skin/blonde hair/blue eyes: an intense deep glossy pink that brightens the complexion. With lined eyes, and a deep pink scarf or hat, the look is totally sophiscated. The formula is very hydrating and, well, silky smooth. Not long-lasting, but the colo...r and feel is worth the reapplication. I've spent plenty of money on other brands only to toss aside. This is a keeper. November 30, 2007, 8:54 pm

  Not bad..

  This was just okay for me..I have "jing a ling" and "sugar cookie" I really like sugar cookie but this tends to be just a little messy and does not have much staying power. Nothing special..but cute packaging! November 25, 2007, 7:38 pm

  OIL SLICK STICK!

  I have reapplied twice in the past 15 minutes while sitting at my desk. Color= ms behavin and yes this lipstick is certainly misbehaving. It slides off my lips and keeps no defining lines- gone within 7 minutes flat. Oily, greasy- totally unsatisifying. July 17, 2008, 3:18 pm

  Rocket Pop

  I love the color and texture of this lipstick but unfortunately it doesn't have very good staying power at all. Rocket pop is still my staple color until I find a color I like as much that stays on longer. Worth a try if you need to make a quick appearance somewhere. April 21, 2008, 7:18 pm

  best of both worlds

  these are the perfect combination of gloss and lipstick. Jojoba esters are the second ingredient which makes them super hydrating. Unfortunately you cannot have both- hydration and staying power. The colors are beautiful and of course the packaging is adorable. March 1, 2008, 11:19 am

  these little pots are great if you like the look of lipstick, but wish it was more mousturizing. i have jing-a-ling and good-to-go, and use them frequently enough. only drawback is that you're gonna have to reapply often February 17, 2008, 9:20 am

  its ok

  i like the packaging the product is nice and smooth..wears off too quickly but i dont mind..the only thing is the actual colors are not like the swatches..i bought sugar rush expecting something a little lighter in color but got a rich reddish color..wasnt completely disappointed because of the sheer application.... but not... the color i expected January 11, 2008, 8:01 pm
