I purchased this based on the rating on this site but this product does not work at all as Lip Plumper! It is too weak and only good as it shines. Luckily I purchased on eBay at the half price. this is one of two lip plumpers that work for me. the other is lip fusion. I look for products with hyaluronic acid, this is a safe natural ingredient that works. I don't use products with cinnamon or niacin which are a temporary irritant, flushing the lips temporarily. I got a small sample of this from an order from Sephora about 9 mos. ago. It really works! Not only does it nicely plump your lips when it is first applied but it also has a more permanant effect if you use it daily! There has been once that I went out of town for a week and forgot it at home. My lips stayed full and lush until almost the end of my trip and then they finally started to loose volume. As soon as I got home, I swiped it on again and within a 1/2 hr my lips looked as great as they did when I left town.
