Does not work at all for some....
I purchased this based on the rating on this site but this product does not work at all as Lip Plumper! It is too weak and only good as it shines. Luckily I purchased on eBay at the half price. best lip plumper
this is one of two lip plumpers that work for me. the other is lip fusion. I look for products with hyaluronic acid, this is a safe natural ingredient that works. I don't use products with cinnamon or niacin which are a temporary irritant, flushing the lips temporarily.
