Best and Worst Lip Plumpers

See which plumpers gave readers full, kissable lips (and which ones did absolutely nada)

Ah, lip plumpers. They're a girl's best friend if you've got pencil-thin lips, but can be your worst nightmare if you have a low pain tolerance. What a dilemma, right? Well, not anymore.

Our loyal readers (or should we say product guinea pigs) say there are painless lip plumpers out there that can give you lips that rival Angelina Jolie's. Here they share which ones gave them just the right amount of plumping, plus beautiful shine and color. But they also warn us to stay away from their least favorites, which gave them red, swollen, bee-stung lips. Ouch.

If you've already tried tons of lip plumpers in search of the perfect pout, we realize that you may not want to give them a second chance. But, if you still have the hope of fuller lips (minus truly painful injections), you may find one plumper on this list that's worthy of your use. Just be sure to steer clear of the "worst" ones or you may look like Lisa Rinna for 24 hours -- just kidding. Okay, we'll leave you alone now and let the reviews speak for themselves.

I agree, I do love Lip Venom. I also love Buxom, both the gloss and the pencil, and have to say I love the Lip Fusion - various ones I have tried I really like.

Not only did they leave out Buxom, they also left out Lip Venom!!! I found out the hard way that while yes, Lip Venom does work, it STINGS terribly!! I am interested in trying the Pout product that was mentioned. Hopefully I don't have any trouble finding it in a make-up store!!
