Blinc Kiss Me Mascara
Editor's Rating & Review
Skepticism may peak upon hearing that this is a fave of celebrities like the short-lashed Lucy Liu. If not for a lack of intense volume at such a high price, the imperfection-free, tube-technology formula would get a 10. Fine bristles and a spiral brush amplify defining powers, tripling length while keeping the look incredibly natural. Removal is simple: Slide tubes off with fingers while washing your face. (Makeup remover won't work.) Don't be startled by stray pieces, which look like tiny wet feathers.

Easy removal and separated lashes
I first received a sample of the Blinc mascara in a Birchbox. I liked it enough to purchase the full size at $24 from the Birchbox website. I am skeptical of "tubing" mascaras because the ones I have used in the past haven't delivered. This one really does. Once the mascara sets on your lashes, it stays put until you wash it off. It doesn't leave black rings around your eyes either when you remove it. Just splash your eyes with warm water and gently pull tubes off. It'll seem like you're removing false lashes. It's odd but totally painless. This mascara is great if you want a separated, natural lash look. The downside of this mascara is that is isn't buildable. If you are looking for a volumizing mascara that will give you that lush lash look, Blinc is not for you. There is no point in layering the mascara to try to get that volume because once it sets, it is SET. The only other pitfall of this mascara is the price. I was willing to pay $24 for this product because I have been so aggravated by impossible-to-remove-mascaras. If easy removal and precise, separated lashes are not critical for you, I would recommend saving your money on this one. With that said, I think Blinc has a truly unique product that is worthy of its high end price tag. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Tried it, tossed it
I liked the idea of being able to take mascara off with water and my finger tips. It's true that this comes off in little tubes. However, when I put it on, it didn't separate the lashes; it clumped them together. If it doesn't look good on, it doesn't matter to me how easily it comes off. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

clumpy
This mascara went on really clumpy and smudgy. It gave me that awful "spider-eyes" look. The tube concept sounds like a good idea, but I think the applicator needs some work. I really didn't notice any volume or length, my lashes just looked clumpy.
