The best eyeliner!

I LOVE Trish McEvoy Eye Definer and have been wearing it for many years. The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and I love the fact that it does double duty as a wet or dry liner. In fact, I apply it wet with a small, angled brush and then apply it dry on top to soften the line. It stays and stays until you take it off, yet comes off easily and cleanly with any eye makeup remover. If you use Trish's angled #50 brush to apply it, you can get a very fine line right up against the base of the eyelashes that makes the eyes really "pop" without covering up the eyelid. This is the greatest eyeliner! Use it wet or dry, it goes on perfect and lasts all day.
