      This is urban decay primer potion on steroids. It dries super quickly with an incredibly smooth finish. I like that this has colors to choose from, since they primers don't always look right on the skin. I use this everyday and am very happy with the results May 27, 2008, 2:13 pm

      Holds shadow in place
