Put a drop of this eyeliner converter/sealer on a liner brush, dip it into eyeshadow and it becomes an intense liquid liner. It's also "waterproofing," so your winged look won't wilt, even if you sweat. This clear liquid gets kudos for its ability to give makeup more mileage as well as more options, since it deepens any color with which it's mixed. Bonus: It easily washes off when the night's over.

      This sealer is great for eyeshadow, because it turns all your favorite colors into an instant eye liner. Just use a dab of this sealant on your brush and it instantly seals on color and waterproofs your makeup for a great shine and long lasting color.       Really works!

      I love finish line. I use it after using trish's shadow liners to seal it. My eyeliner will NOT come off unless I use makeup remover. It'll stay for days if I want it to and looks great! February 27, 2008, 10:25 am

      I have this and don't love it. Find that it isn't as "waterproof" as it says it is. I find it much easier to apply pencil eyeliner. My best friend, however, loves Finish Line. March 6, 2009, 11:50 am
