Put a drop of this eyeliner converter/sealer on a liner brush, dip it into eyeshadow and it becomes an intense liquid liner. It's also "waterproofing," so your winged look won't wilt, even if you sweat. This clear liquid gets kudos for its ability to give makeup more mileage as well as more options, since it deepens any color with which it's mixed. Bonus: It easily washes off when the night's over.

Longlasting Eye CoverageThis sealer is great for eyeshadow, because it turns all your favorite colors into an instant eye liner. Just use a dab of this sealant on your brush and it instantly seals on color and waterproofs your makeup for a great shine and long lasting color. I use this in the morning and it keeps my makeup fresh throughout the day. — 4 years, 6 months agoStef42678 | 482 reviews
Tremendous staying powerI've used both this product and also Paula Dorf Transformer (basically the same stuff) with Trish McEvoy Eye Definer powders and they work great! I put just a drop on the back of my non-dominant hand and rub the bristles of my Trish McEvoy #50 angled eye liner brush into it to get it wet, then press and wiggle the brush into the powder and line my lids. I can get a very fine, very smooth, very well defined line right next to my lashes with this. Then I take some of the dry Eye Definer powder on a dry liner brush and go over the top of the line. This softens and widens it a tiny bit and really makes my lashes look fuller and thicker. Tip: When you use this type of product (or even water) with a powdered shadow or powdered eye liner, use the dampened brush only along the edge of the powder. Once you wet it, the powder changes consistency,, so by leaving the center of the powder pan dry, you always have the option of using the powder dry as well as wet! It's a tip I picked up many years ago from a makeup artist. — 2 years, 2 months agoJewelrydesigner | 64 reviews
Just OKI have this and don't love it. Find that it isn't as "waterproof" as it says it is. I find it much easier to apply pencil eyeliner. My best friend, however, loves Finish Line. — 4 years, 2 months agoSStanley | 1 reviews
