Not BAD, But Not Great, Either
Ah, my quest for the "ultimate" mascara continues (and will probably never end). I like the fact that you can try a small tube of this at Sephora for $10.00, and thus I purchased it recently. It is very black. Benefit claims that this is like "a sexy set of black false eyelashes . . . without the glue!" Hardly. It does a great job of tinting my lashes (though it doesn't have the same gloss as "They're Real!"). The giant, dense wand is wonderful, as it covers every lash. I just don't find that I get the same length as I do with Lancôme's "Definicils" or the wonderful volume I do with "They're Real!" I didn't have a problem with clumping or flaking, and this is a definite plus. This mascara is passable, but I can live without it. It isn't purse-friendly, except in the trial size. — 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

It is so-so
I got it in a kit, but I am not impressed. I really like Maybelline mascaras. They are a classic. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 7 people said helpful

A "less-costly" alternative to DiorShow
Relatively lesser cost to DiorShow, very similar in brush and it gives you a nice false-lash. Very little clumping, but it still doesn't completely match up to DiorShow. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 8 people said helpful

Great mascara... if it doesn't smudge.
The first time I used this mascara was when my friend and I got makeovers at Sephora. Both of us loved how long and lush it made our lashes look--we'd never seen such amazing results! She bought a tube, I held off. Sadly, the mascara smudged under our eyes and looked terrible later. She continued to have problems with her brand new tube. After getting a free mini of this later on, I decided to give it a second chance. I haven't had any problems with smudging, so maybe the minis are a little different than the regular sized tubes? This is one of the best mascaras I've tried in terms of length and volume. However, the smudge factor keeps me from shelling out $19 on BADgal. Also, I have found some drugstore mascaras that are just as good, if not better, and at third of the price, so I'm sticking with those. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 8 people said helpful

An Old Favorite
I have purchased quite a few tubes of this since I discovered it a number of years back. Bad Gal Lash has a massive wand that really grips your lashes and creates volume and length. It is quite similar to Dior Show, but the formula is less dry and it is slightly cheaper. At $19 though, this is still a pricey mascara. I prefer this to the newer "They're Real" Mascara from Benefit. This has a nicer, non plastic wand, is easier to remove at night and costs less money. If you are after volume and length and enjoy supersized mascara wands, Bad Gal is a sure bet. I only knocked off a few stars because of the price. Mascara isn't meant to be kept long after opening so $19 is a bit of a splurge for a product with such a short shelf life. — 8 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Best!
I've tried many different mascaras and I was told it doesn't get any better than BADgal from Benefit. I've been using it for a few months and I'm hooked! Seriously the best. Update: This is no longer my favorite mascara. I think they must have changed the formula since the last time I had used it, because I bought a tube last week and I am less than impressed. It seems thin now and doesn't give my lashes the oomph I remember unless I start with two coats of primer. Sad. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Fabulous
I am taking two stars off because of the price. My favorite thing about this mascara is definitely the wand. The bristles are long, fat & dense so getting at all my little hairs is a breeze. The formula coats lashes evenly & does not clump or give me "spider legs". Lots on length but not a lot of curl but I have naturally curly/long lashes anyway. Love the packaging & you do get a nice chunk of product in the tube. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 4 people said helpful

Meh sorta dissapointed
This is an okay mascara, but certainly not all that it's made up to be. I thought that since this mascara had such a huge brush I would have sky high lashes, but even after several coats they still looked slighlty wimpy. Maybe it's just that I prefer the results I get with rubber wands better as I find they coat and thicken my lashes much better than bristle brushes. For now I'll be sticking to my CG Lach Blast and my PF Natural Jumbo Lash. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Full Lashes
I really love this mascara because it is easy to apply and the big wand allows you to make each lash look full and thick. It gives a dramatic look to your eyes without clumping and goes on in one coat of color. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful
