Creamy
There's a reason why Anastasia is known as the "Queen of Brows" in Hollywood. I have used so many brow products from all brands and hers are by far the best by a landslide. What I love is that there is a diverse product line to cater to each person's own taste in brow filling method; be it pencil, powder, etc. However, the area under our brows need some love too. A good brow highlighter can actually make brows appear better groomed and shaped, which comes in handy in between brow groomings. What I love about the Anastasia Eye Lights Matte Pencil is that it is so creamy that a couple of strokes under each brow will do, followed by a little easy blending with your finger. The best thing about this is that it's mess-free. It's not a messy powder that can get over the place, you don't need a brush to blend it, or you don't have to wash your hands because it's not sticky like a liquid. This pencil comes in a universal shade of pink which brightens up any brow bone on any skin tone. Don't be scared of it--it doesn't show up as a bright pastel pink like the pencil looks. It subtly brightens the area making your brows look glam. You can wear this any time, day or night, and it is one of the best pencils you can keep with you for a quick pick me up. A lot of people don't know that this is a versatile pencil; you can use a little under your eyes, on your cupid's bow on on the ridge of your nose which creates a perfect subtle highlight and can brighten any dark area. — 10 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Anastasia Eye Lights Matte
Got this as a "deluxe sample" with my Sephora points. I love it just below my brows to emphasize the arch and I also use it on the inner rim of the lower lash line. I had always read that this color on the inner lower rime will brighten the whites of your eyes...BINGO! Great product! I love this pencil - the only problem is that I can't find many sharpeners that fit the big tip. Luckily, I picked up one at Sally Beauty Supply. Anyway, this pencil adds light without shimmer - perfect for days when you want subtle highlighting. Yes, I would buy again. I was using Stila's Topaz Kajahl pencil, a fleshy-peachy shade to erase the purple-blue veins and darkness on my eyelids and basically make them look better without much makeup. Great idea, but not the ideal product. Enter Anastasia's Matte Apricot, a soft, fleshy peach. Not only it's the perfect shade to even out my lids and highlight brow arches, it turns into powder as it hits the skin and doesn't smudge off like Stila's. Is $21 too much to pay for rested, luminous eyes in a pencil? I don't think so. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful
