This is the first gel liner I have tried, and I love it.
It goes on very smoothly, does not cake, does not flake, and is easy to apply. Virtually goof-proof. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Wonderful
I've used MANY cream liners and this is my favorites. It lasts much longer than the others and doesn't flake. It's not as deep rich black as some of the others I've tried which is kind of a bummer, but this is still a true black. It goes on smoothly and evenly. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

MAC FLUIDLINE
I love this stuff! It is water resistant but easy to wash off at the end of the day and you don't have those little chunks all over. It's soft and easy to work with and while the regular range is limited, the colors are good. Limited edition colors are often great, but once in a while the pigmentation can be below par but I'm not taking off for that. It is good for precise lines and winged/cat eyes and even as a base. Sometimes I hate having to use a separate brush but that's the nature of the product (in comparison to other types of eyeliner). I always keep coming back to this stuff! I feel like it doesn't dry out and maintains that gel consistency that is nice and soft. I do keep it stored upside down so I can see the color; I don't know if that matters. I think it's at a good price point b/c it is cheaper than a lot of dept. store liners and not outrageously priced. It is a big more than drugstore e/l but so far I haven't found anything there that beats this as far as consistency-that light gel almost 'whipped' texture. I like my liners to be soft and stay that way. I used to wear liquid liner on my upper lashline but after awhile of always having to "fix" or redo the line I gave up on liner. Whenever I get my makeup done at MAC they always use this liner on my lashline. After three makeovers (I always got distracted and bought the eyeshadows they used), I finally bought it and fell in love! I can line my lashline in one try. So long liquid liner! I have now bought all the colors from MAC Me Over and the new one from MAC Fall Collection. In love with these! I use the 210 brush to apply and it's so easy! Inglot and Mac fluidline make some awesome gel eyeliners. The quality is the same as the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner but I think the texture of the Inglot and Mac is smoother and less prone to drying out/cracking etc. Fluidline has slightly bulkier packaging (glass vial) vs inglots which feels like a light acrylic container. I bought dipdown (matte brown) which complements my pale skin/blonde hair. Black is good but for workwear I need a softer colour. no doubt the Mac blacktrack is just as superb in texture and pigmentation. I feel that Mac and Inglot do not last as long as the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners and they smudge ever so slightly more but the difference to me is negligible. If you are price-conscious try the Inglot eyeliners first - to me they are EXACTLY the same quality. If I was to do a blind test I am sure people would not be able to tell the difference between the two. Most eyeliners that I've tried fades off or smears somewhere on my face. This eyeliner stayed put on my eyes and the color didn't fade. The only down side of this product is that you have to warm up the liner on the back of your hand for a bit because it's hard to swipe it onto your lids (but that happens with most make up, the need for warming up process). I would highly recommend this is your an everyday all day eyeliner wearing person. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 15 of 18 people said helpful
