This is the first gel liner I have tried, and I love it.
It goes on very smoothly, does not cake, does not flake, and is easy to apply. Virtually goof-proof. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Wonderful
I've used MANY cream liners and this is my favorites. It lasts much longer than the others and doesn't flake. It's not as deep rich black as some of the others I've tried which is kind of a bummer, but this is still a true black. It goes on smoothly and evenly. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

MAC FLUIDLINE
I love this stuff! It is water resistant but easy to wash off at the end of the day and you don't have those little chunks all over. It's soft and easy to work with and while the regular range is limited, the colors are good. Limited edition colors are often great, but once in a while the pigmentation can be below par but I'm not taking off for that. It is good for precise lines and winged/cat eyes and even as a base. Sometimes I hate having to use a separate brush but that's the nature of the product (in comparison to other types of eyeliner). I always keep coming back to this stuff! I feel like it doesn't dry out and maintains that gel consistency that is nice and soft. I do keep it stored upside down so I can see the color; I don't know if that matters. I think it's at a good price point b/c it is cheaper than a lot of dept. store liners and not outrageously priced. It is a big more than drugstore e/l but so far I haven't found anything there that beats this as far as consistency-that light gel almost 'whipped' texture. I like my liners to be soft and stay that way. I used to wear liquid liner on my upper lashline but after awhile of always having to "fix" or redo the line I gave up on liner. Whenever I get my makeup done at MAC they always use this liner on my lashline. After three makeovers (I always got distracted and bought the eyeshadows they used), I finally bought it and fell in love! I can line my lashline in one try. So long liquid liner! I have now bought all the colors from MAC Me Over and the new one from MAC Fall Collection. In love with these! I use the 210 brush to apply and it's so easy! Inglot and Mac fluidline make some awesome gel eyeliners. The quality is the same as the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner but I think the texture of the Inglot and Mac is smoother and less prone to drying out/cracking etc. Fluidline has slightly bulkier packaging (glass vial) vs inglots which feels like a light acrylic container. I bought dipdown (matte brown) which complements my pale skin/blonde hair. Black is good but for workwear I need a softer colour. no doubt the Mac blacktrack is just as superb in texture and pigmentation. I feel that Mac and Inglot do not last as long as the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners and they smudge ever so slightly more but the difference to me is negligible. If you are price-conscious try the Inglot eyeliners first - to me they are EXACTLY the same quality. If I was to do a blind test I am sure people would not be able to tell the difference between the two. Most eyeliners that I've tried fades off or smears somewhere on my face. This eyeliner stayed put on my eyes and the color didn't fade. The only down side of this product is that you have to warm up the liner on the back of your hand for a bit because it's hard to swipe it onto your lids (but that happens with most make up, the need for warming up process). I would highly recommend this is your an everyday all day eyeliner wearing person. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 15 of 18 people said helpful

One of my HOLY GRAIL products!
I love MAC Fluidlines! When I first started using gel/cream eyeliners, I was in love with Stila Smudgepots, with their gorgeous creamy texture. However, Stila has a lamentable lack of color options. So I decided to give MAC a try, after hearing so much hype about their Fluidlines. WOW. I am in love with these! While I still love Stila Smudgepots, MAC Fluidlines come in a beautiful array of colors (I wish they'd stop discontinuing shades though!), are fairly affordable ($15), and are great quality. The product is so very smooth, lasts all day without smudging or disappearing. My only complaint is I wish they were just a smidge more pigmented (but they are gels afterall!). — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 8 people said helpful

wont smudge
these gel eyeliners come in so many colors, but i only used the black one. it goes on really smoothly and doesnt smudge once its settled into your skin. the colors are very intense. its even save to use on your water line! and after lots of running around at an event, my cat eye was stick in tact. i love these! — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful

Good product
This is a great product, but my hands are too shakey to be able to use it. It is also 9in my opinion) on the spendy side as far as cost. i has a good length of wear though, and it did not smudge. — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 4 people said helpful

Most Excellent
This is a most excellent gel eyeliner. It goes on with the perfect consitancy--creamy smooth. but not thick or clumpy. It dries quickly, does not smudge, flake or fade all day. Great color payoff. It is more reasonably priced than other gel eyeliners of this quality, plus you get a lot of product. I got this in a limited edition color called "Dark Diversion" which is the best color. It is a deep, rich, almost black plummy violet. It is less harsh than your basic black and really made my green eyes pop. I wish they would make the color permanent. The trick to this eyeliner is to get a really good eyeliner brush with a thin point that is stiff enough to be precise, while soft enough to not irritate sensitive skin around the lashline. And, of course, a little bit of practice. It is worth the effort. Very highly recommend. — 1 year, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 8 people said helpful

Love It
I was scared to try this at first because I already had a little trouble applying regular liquid eye-liner, but I'm glad that I tried this! The result was a perfect smooth line, that lasted even through a face washing, (I would use makeup-remover wipes to really get it all off.) It didn't cake or flake and it lasted! — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

MAC Fluidline
I love gel eye liners, so I purchased Dip Down and Blitz and Glitz Fluidlines. while I loved the creamy texture, and it applied like a dream, it took a little longer to set up than other gel eyeliners. After I removed the line near my eye brow bone, I found it did wear very well, and it was very forgiving when it came to removing my smears prior to the product setting up. I found it wore extremely well, no flaking, no smearing, and no smudging after hours of wear. I liked it well enough that I will buy more and let it set up a little longer before I blink. They have a really nice selection of colors and they are always introducing more. Anyone could find a suitable color, and the formula allows you to create the finest to the thickest line for you to achieve the effect you want. It is highly pigmented and you don't have to use a lot of product to get the look you want that stays where you want it. it is very reasonable too, it lasts me forever. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 7 people said helpful
