Another Awesome Base...
...that is perfect for eyeshadows. Affordable; one pot lasts a while; blends good; Helps give a nice pop to the eyes and stops your shadows from creasing while making the color last until you take it off for the night. I have learned that you need a good base for eyeshadows or else they well fade, crease, bleed, smear or all of the above and this is a perfect base to control all of that.. I like Painterly
It's a perfect match for my skin tone on my eyelids. I not only use it as an eye base, I also use it as a concealer and lip primer. But it's a bit too dry though! As a concealer, I try to mix it with a touch of moisturizer for a smoother application. As a lip primer, I apply lip balm in the first place. Some people they use it as a highlighter.
