Dried my hair out like no other
Ugh is all I have to say about this shampoo. I got this and the conditioner, and both left my hair in worse condition than before I started using it. Whatever they use, all you get is scent but little else. I ended up using mine for shaving my legs. Horrible shampoo
The only positive thing I can say about any of the Bath and Body shampoos and conditioners is they smell good. After having purchased every single shampoo/conditioner and not being able to return them I was quite displeased to see that they left my hair dry and strawlike. I like BBW but this product stinks. Disappointing

Not that great.

Absoutely awful
while i'm sure my hair smelled good afterwards, it was also completely dry and I could barely get a wide tooth comb through it. The matching conditioner did absolutely NOTHING other than make my hair worse. Amazing!
I used this shampoo for years and loved it! It left my hair silky and soft and great smelling. My hair was never ever at all too greasy or at all too dry. All of the smells are absolutely lovely and fragrant without being overpowering. I particularly liked moonlit path and warm vanilla sugar. I have not been able to use this product in a while. Unfortunately, I have to drive down to the states and there is no Bath and Body works nearby me in Canada :(. I think Bath and Body Works did an amazing job of these shampoos, just like all of their other products. I cannot understand why some people say these shampoos are awful. This will always continue to be a go-to shampoo for me! The matching conditioners are also fabulous and affordable! I suppose that people have different opinions on this because everyones hair is different. I think this is worth trying for everyone because you might just find the perfect shampoo. used it as bubble bath
Usually I love bath and body works products, but this shampoo is horrible, not even my best conditioner could salvage my hair after using this.
