I was hoping I would like this CoverGirl eyeliner because of the price but I did not like this at all. Great for Color

Ehhh.... Okay
I was looking for an eyeliner in Taupe for my "natural" makeup days, and bought this eyeliner. I really was not impressed; the pencil is hard and I had to press harder than most pencil liners I have used. For that reason, I thought the product was overpriced and difficult to work with. For one or two days a week, or less, it would be fine but I would never use this eyeliner everyday. AWESOME
I have a really hard time applying eyeliner on, but this product made it so much easier to apply eyeliner on. It goes on smoothly and its dark enough. The sponge at the end i dont care for, i dont even use it. too dry and hard to apply
Like another reviewer I got this in taupe for natural makeup days. Perhaps I got one that had been on the shelf too long, but it was very dry and I had to work to get any color at all. Love This!
This is a great eyeliner for upper and lower lash lines, but not for your water line. However, I do not normally line my water line anyways, so that does not matter to me as much. Over all it blends really well and I can wear it not look like I have a ton of eyeliner on! This has got to be the single best eye liner EVER made. i started using it at the age of 15ish when i was first modling for mary lou's modles inc. Since then i have tried just about every single eye liner on the market because frankly i love make up. Its like a fetish of mine. When i find something that works and works well i stick with it (when i say ive tried other i mean even clinic and the other 30 dollars a stick brands) so for the 5 or 7 dollars i spend for the khole black it well worth it. I can use it on either my lids or the inner lining of the eye. It smuges easy if i need for a softer look. It can be applied soft or heavy. It has never irratated my skin or eyes ( 90 percent of the companys out there i cannot wear) its never had to be "heated up" so it glides smoth. Good god in the 80's ur eye liner was always warm because of the lighter to soften it but not with this! So this has followed me from my modling days to the 80's and now more in threw the "gothic" look and has never once failed me, not even threw nights of dancing in the clubs or the heart break from a guy hurting me. The only eyeliner that I will settle for!
I have been using this eyeliner for over five years now and I will NEVER use any other eyeliner, unless its removed from the market. That would break my heart! It goes on so easily and perfect and really brings out my eyes. It is a MUST. Just okay

The Best
I've used many eye liners in many price ranges and I always come back to Cover Girl Perfect Blend. It goes on smooth, it blends well and stays in place. I've never had it smear on me and I have oily skin. There is a ton of colors, but I prefer the dark brown, it's not too dark and is very natural looking not racoon like. The blending tip is great once you get it broken in, when it's new it can pull at your skin a bit, but after about a week's use that shouldn't be a problem anymore. The pencils seem to last forever too, so that makes the already great price even better. Sharpening them isn't a problem. How many times have you gone to shapren a eye pencil and lost half of it in the trash? These are the only eye liner I buy anymore, I've been through too many other names and they just aren't worth it. Sure, they make me feel fancy to have that name sitting on my make-up shelf...but that's all they do is sit on my shelf! Oh, and how about the pencils that won't apply over your eyeshadow?
