I was hoping I would like this CoverGirl eyeliner because of the price but I did not like this at all. This is a great eyeliner for upper and lower lash lines, but not for your water line. However, I do not normally line my water line anyways, so that does not matter to me as much. Over all it blends really well and I can wear it not look like I have a ton of eyeliner on!
