Smudgeproof Mascara went into wastebasket at Wal mart
I bought this mascara at Wal Mart on the advice of an acquaintance who said that "smudgeproof is the best description to use when buying mascara" or something to that effect! This product smeared all over my eyes and was such a disappointment; my eyelashes clumped together and looked like I had fewer lashes than before using it.
