      This is a lightweight, slightly greasy-feeling lotion for the eye area. Because the active ingredient is titanium dioxide, a physical uv block, it gives me a very white cast around my eyes. I do like that the physical block won't break down over time like chemical ones. September 7, 2008, 3:22 pm
