This cleanser didn't feel like a cleanser to me, it seemed thick and waxy going on and didn't wash off very easy. I didn't feel clean after I rinsed it off either, I felt more like I had a very drying residue left on my face, no matter how many times I splashed and rubbed, even using a baby wash cloth. The first time I went to the drugstore to buy an acne specific product, I was blown away with the number of creams and toners that I would have to choose from. Luckily, there was a mother-daughter duo in the same aisle looking for the same product. They had just come from the dermatologist, I overheard, so I decided I was going to buy whatever they bought. How great for me that it was this product! I use it nightly to remove my makeup and have been virtually blemish free for fifteen years. My skin is so smooth and moisturized after using this. You can feel it working as soon as you put it on. If I do have a breakout, I just dab a small amount on the area and sleep with it on overnight. I'm not sure what I think about this product. It makes my face feel really "cold" when I use it, and it doesn't do anything for my acne. It cleans my face, and gets off some makeup--but not the tougher stuff. It made my face kind of dry which in turn made my skin even oilier later on. I love Neutrogena, they have people working for them that are right on the money, their scents are always amazing and products deliver what they claim. The first applications of this was great you can feel the tingly cleaning working. But after you cant feel anything, as if your just cleaning with soap. I have combination to dry skin. I started feeling my skin oily after cleansing with this product. Im thinkin because it is a cream cleanser. .
