My face does feel a tiny bit tighter after using this. It doesn't dry my skin and it feels a bit refreshing after using it. The only thing I don't like is that when I spread it on, it can sting a little bit. — 10 months, 1 week ago

this is not a miracle worker. it cleanses skin but does not treat acne. i do not recommend for acne! it made my skin softer but it did not treat my acne. look for toners with salicylic acid. — 1 year, 5 months ago

Affordable toner, but perfumey

My skin feels clean using this toner because it successfully picks up any remaining dirt and oil missed by my regular cleanser without irritating my skin. If you use only an alcohol free toner, this is probably not for you. I'm a regular user of Clinique Clarifying Lotion, but I bought this toner to save a few bucks. I finished the whole bottle recently. The size of my pores appear to be the same, but my blackheads seem to look less obvious. So why didn't I rate this higher? I don't like the fragrance they used for this toner. It smells very perfume-y. I wish this were fragrance-free. — 1 year, 5 months ago

Not very "refining"

I'm on either my 3rd or 4th bottle and there has been no noticable changes to my pores, not even slightly. I use it after cleansing and it does leave my skin feeling fresh and clean, and that's about it...but that's not why I bought it. Not drying!

I used this as a teen and it burned the crap out of skin back then and aggravated my acne. Now that i'm 23 i hardly get breakouts my huge pores and oily skin are my main concern. I tried this again and it doesn't burn anymore (little bit of stinging but is an astringent). It contains glycolic and salicyclic acid which help clean my pores and keep my skin smooth with gentle exfoliation. I use a mild cleanser for my sensitive skin and I use this after with a flat cotton pad so i'm for sure getting all the stuff off my face. Weeks later my skin is smooth, soft and pores are smaller. Absolutely Not Caustic

This was a mild, gentle toner. This isn't like the astringents out in the market where you have to feel stings on your facial area; it's effective but able to soothe the most sensitive skin. After a couple uses, my skin has felt softer and more supple. However, after a few days of use, I will find that that mid day I may find my skin a bit more shinier so oil blotting sheets are recommended for people who have oily skin. It really does feel like water being brushed against the skin and overnight, it will leave the skin feeling refreshed in the morning. I had the least breakouts with my acne prone skin with this so I do recommend it for everyone! — 4 years, 5 months ago

This toner dries fast, doesn't leave a lot of residue, it didn't burn and doesn't smell too bad. Unfortunately this product did nothing for me. I have used almost the whole bottle and nothing about my face has changed. I was very disappointed because this product recieved such a good rating but all I got out of it were watery eyes from the fumes. — 1 month ago

This is the only toner I will use. It works great for acne marks as well as removing makeup thats left behind after washing. It makes my skin feel clean, and my pores are less noticable. I just wish it wasn't so pricey, but you can't have your cake and eat it too right? — 3 months ago
