So, make the effort to give yourself this much-needed time and spend it in the bath. The warm water is relaxing and can soothe tired muscles, plus you can add ingredients like Epsom salt to help detox your body and ease aches and pain.
I like these ideas. They are small steps and all are possible for me to do even with fibromyalgia. I like knowing I can achieve my goal before I begin.
I like all of these ideas. I don't really meditate but I love yoga and I've definitely been missing that lately. Doing nice things for others always makes me feel good, I'm gonna make sure to do more of that. Thanks for the tips!
