this egg white recipe sounds unfeasible. when egg whites get heated it makes a stringy mess. also, once again... sugar naked female parts=potential yeast trouble.

if one is too use rose petals in any fashion for face or body do not use store bought they are heavily sprayed with toxic herbacides and peaticiades that can leach into your bathwater and skin ...yikes! instead use roses petals from your own rosebush or from an organic dealer or perhaps have a chat with your local farmers market and see if the chemically treat their blooms... a little common sense goes a long way

care should be taken when using Rosemary when pregnant. Rosemary has a stimulating effect on the uterus. When using any essential oils, care should be taken as they are very potent.

This article is a bit irresponsible. just because something is natural does not mean it isn't harmful (poison ivy comes to mind.) chamomile, for instance should NEVER be used by anyone who has hayfever, as chamomile is a close relative and can initiate an allergic response. secondly, sugar should not be used in a bath, as it should not come in contact with the genitals in those individuals who suffer from recurrent yeast infections, cystitis, and BV.
