Left eye (appears right): Olay Regenerist Eye Derma-Pod Anti-Aging Triple Response System, $26.99.

Right eye (appears left): StriVectin-SD Eye Cream, $59.

StriVectin-SD review: "This is a wonderfully emollient eye cream designed for twice-daily use. I found it to be too greasy for daytime, but perfect before bed. It has a luxurious satin finish and a faint yet pleasant fragrance. This product is worth the price, especially for people with drier skin."

Olay review: "This system touts itself as at-home microdermabrasion. It can be used up to three times per week as a supplement to daily eye creams. Its fun (but wasteful) packaging makes application simple: Simply squeeze the cream from a single-use pod onto the attached applicator pad and apply to the eye area. At this price point, I would recommend it."

Results: "After one week of using StriVectin-SD, I noticed that the skin around my eye was smoother and well hydrated. After using the Olay, my skin felt firmer and smoother."

Disappointing as it seemed there was n difference in any of the products or if there was it was too slight. I agree that photos often dont reflect exactly due to differences so maybe thats part of the problem. Doesnt encourage running out to spend money on them

This should have been a double-blind test so that the reviewers didn't know which products they were using. Branding has a significant influence on our perception of products.

I agree with the other commenters, there isn't much change to be seen.

I didn't really see any differences. Maybe only slightly with the Lancome product.
