The Worst: No. 2: Wen Lavender Cleansing Conditioner, $28

TotalBeauty.com average reader rating: 5.9*
Why: Readers say this product gives you "mediocre results for the money." Even after using the product as directed, there is "no noticeable change" in the look and feel of their hair, and one reader says it even dried it out more. "I could not do anything with my hair. It would not hold style or shape," she says. "It actually made my hair worse," says another reader. "I purposely washed with my regular shampoo [a week later] and saw a big difference." Several readers say, "the scent takes some getting used to" and label it as "hype" that is "not worth the price."

I really want to try these products, but I HATE ordering from TV (or online) Tea tree products make my hair look super shiny.

Along with using this line and only washing my hair once a week...yes once a week, I have a new head of hair. Regular shampoo's strip your hair of it's natural oils. If you have tried Wen but didn't think it worked chances are you weren't using enough of the product. Try using the styling cream on both wet and dry hair and you will be a WEN girl for life :)

I've tried Wen products and they don't seem to work well on my hair. I don't get the results of the models on the infomercial LOL!

WEN FIG CC is excellent! I ordered it from the Q over two years ago, love it! Leaves my fine, thin hair like silk and protects from fading my color-treated hair. This year I gave it to my mother and now she loves it and raves about it. I saw a major difference in her hair compared to other shampoos. The condition and moisture level was vastly improved and her thick color-treated blonde mop shined like crazy. It is well worth the price!!!!! I recommend it!
