Nars Celebrity Makeup artist RC Stephens says this look is modern and fresh. To recreate it in a flash, start by using a sheer foundation or tinted moisturizer to even out your skin tone. Then, use a hint of flesh toned pink blush (try CoverGirl Classic Color Blush in Rose Silk, $5.50) on the apples of the cheeks, blending upward to contour the cheekbones.Next, choose a deep, blue/grey cream shadow like Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Eye Shadow in Starry Night, $22 and blend along the lashline. Then with a navy blue eyeliner, create a thin line across the lashes winging it out slightly at your outer corners.
Finish with a cream-textured opaque nude or flesh toned lipstick.
