This is a refreshing eye gel, especially if you cool it in the fridge to reduce puffiness. I like that it is in a tube for ease of application, and convenient for travel. It did not irritate my very sensitive skin and was moisturizing. First of all, the picture is wrong. This product is packaged in a jar, so you have to dip your finger in before touching your eye area. Great. Second, it stings a little.
