Good for hair & nails, not skin

I was super excited to receive this in the mail to test for total beauty. The product claims to add moisture to the skin, and help hair & nail growth. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I have taken these for more than 2 weeks. Here are my results: Hair- I dye my hair and I can see about a centimeter of new growth at my roots. I can usually last 3-4 weeks, and I had to get them done after 2 weeks. Even my nail lady asked why I was back so soon. I told her about the supplements and she agreed that my nails grew very quickly! Skin- This was the part I was most excited about. I have dry skin and use a bunch of expensive creams and moisturizers on my face and body. I have noticed no difference at all. NONE. Still dry and tight. I gave these pills 6 stars because even though the main benefit is supposed to be skin moisture, I saw no difference. However, the hair and nails did grow noticeably. I would buy again for hair and nail growth.

No glow

I followed the directions, I have taken 2 a day for 2 weeks now and no difference. The only reason I give it any stars is I assume I am getting small amounts of vitamins which might be helpful? I would give it two stars but the rating scale won't allow me to give it below 5.

Glow Worthy

I'm not gonna say I saw a vast improvement (in the 15 days) but I will say that I thought these did give my skin some much need hydration; especially since I do have dry patches around my mouth and nose area (I keep my nails very short so no comment on that) and that I will continue to use them. I do take a multivitamin but no other supplements so I feel that I gave a pretty accurate account of this product.

My nails thank you

I usually get gel nails done, and I have to keep getting them because they leave my nails brittle after stripping the color. I noticed my nails are a lot healthier after take these supplements after a few weeks.

Moisturizing

These supplements added moisture to my face, and I saw an improvement on dry patches around my sensitive areas around my lips beginning of my eyebrows
