Great Product, Just Not for Me
I'm coming to the conclusion that I just don't look good in heavy, black eyeliner and that sadly, the perfect cat eye just looks awful on my eyes. That's not to take anything away from this eyeliner. It's heavy, it's black, it's silky and it's smooth. I just look terrible in it.
