Great Drugstore Purchase
For a Drugstore brand, I think that Revlon makes great lipstick. The great selection of colors are highly pigmented and long lasting, and the texture is smooth. While the lipstick is not drying, I still wear lip balm on top. But since I have to do that with most lipstick, I am not bothered. I must admit that I haven't tried very many lipsticks and lip glosses, and I only wear them for special occasions. However, I think that this lipstick was pretty good. I got the "Bed of Roses" color, which turned out to be very bright but I love it. I saw that this was one of the few lipsticks tested that didn't have lead in it, so that is what led me to choose this color and brand. Great lipstick!

Surprised me
I never expected anything good out of Revlon products simply because there was never much hype about them, especially their lipsticks. They are good
First off let me tell you that I wasnt a huge fan of lipstick because I thought it looked weird on me. But now Ive learned to love it, although I dont use it all the time! Anyways! On to the review. !st one is Paparazzi Pink. I love this color so much. It is extremely gorgeous. It is very shimmery. A bit too shimmery for my taste. With that said, it has a pearl finish. It is somewhat pigmented, b...read morey that I mean that it needs several passes to get a good amount of color on the lips. It doesnt feel good on the lips at all. It has a very gritty feel and I honestly cant stand that and I just have to wipe it off. I would recommend this to those who dont mind a gritty feeling on their lips and just want a hint of pink! 2nd one is Blushed. This color is nice. Its a brownish bronzish kind of color. It also has a pearl finish It takes several passes to get it to look like the color of the product. It has a creamy texture and applies smoothly to the lips. It is not gritty at all. It is shimmery but not as shimmery as the Paparazzi Pink. This one has managed to stay on my lips for a while. I only need to re-apply after I eat or drink. I recommend this to someone who likes the brown neutral colors with a bit of shimmer. 3rd one is Ginger Rose. This is my absolute favorite color. It has a creme finish and you only need one pass to get the exact product color. It is very creamy and applies gorgeously. It has a bit of a sheen to it, not too much though. It lasts all day too. Its funny how I dont have much to say about this one even though it is my fave! haha. I recommend this to those who like creamy browns with a bit of sheen! As for the packaging, I wasnt impressed with it. The pearl finishes have a peek-a-boo thing on the top of the lid. That was kind of cool. The Best! Better than MAC's fammed lipsticks.
This lipstick is amazing. I'm not a huge lipstick fan, but I have tried the big ones such as MAC. I have quite a few MACs, some Rimmel and then two of these are my newest purchase and I am in love! I like them better than MAC! This lipstick has a great formula, it's not drying but stays in place without looking, or feeling, cakey. Really feels like a balm on your lips. With so many up to date colo...read morers (the reason I don't really buy drugstore lipstick is the lack of colors) and a great price, you really can't go wrong with this product. More bang for my buck
I love MAC lipsticks but as a college student, I can't afford so many shades at $14 a tube. Then I discovered Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick and boy am I glad! The color payoff may not be as strong as MAC lipsticks, but this product is really good! I love it, the colors compliment my skin and they leave my lips very soft and pretty. Love That Pink and Love That Red
I had bought these lipsticks from Revlon just to see if their lipsticks were any good. I have to say that I was quite surprised that they were creamy, I needed to use lipbalm underneath to keep it from looking and feeling matte. The best.
