Not the best
I bought this thinking it would add sparkles and pizzazz. It didn't do anything. the best primer is Urban Decay. Sometimes I use Benefit Erase Paste under eyes and onto lids. this also really works. I am a fan of the Too Faced Shadow Insurance primer--it's my favorite (even more than UD primer potion). It really depends on the texture of your lid when it comes to preference of a eye shadow primer. This leaves a golden sheen that can be worn alone on the lid or brow bones, or you can put on shadow over this to give a golden shimmer to your shadow. You only need a little bit on your lid, less is more.
