I love this look

This stuff ROCKS!
This adds a much more fun twist to nail polish. After your base nail polish dries, you have to brush it on quickly because it shatters fast. If you don't get it on evenly fast then it looks clumpy. This product works and looks great. Naturally it's expensive and not exactly office-friendly. I love wearing bright neon colors as the base color and putting this on top. Brush it on thinly if you want more of a zebra-pattern. Brush on thicker if you want a blocky pattern. I think the OPI Shatter top coats are the best thing since sliced bread. When I use this, it gives an awesome shattered effect and it covers any boo boo's I get. This dries super fast so you need to be quick. Use the flatter, wider side of the brush for the middle of your nail, and then use the thinner side to apply to both sides. Make sure you are using a thin coat! If you apply too much, you lose the effect. I do not agree with another member who says you have to use this on top of light color polishes. There are so many colors of the OPI Shatter top coats now, that you can go wild with your nails or keep it toned down, it's entirely up to you! The reason I gave this a 9 instead of 10 is because this dries out in the bottle if you have it too long, so make sure you use it frequently or you will be throwing some out. Excellent
I'm not a big fan of shatter/crackle polishes in general, but this one works really nicely. It dries incredibly quickly and it is easy to vary the thickness. Coolest top coat ever!!!
Finally got my hands on a bottle of this and I can't say how happy I am that I did! I love how this compliments almost any nail colour and is super duper easy to use! Works well
It's so easy if you want to do the shattered look. Just paint your nails and put this on over your polish and bam, you have the shattered look. Kinda expensive when it first came out. worth the wait
I had been looking everywhere for a bottle of this. Ended up finding a bottle 70-something miles from my home (I was in town for something else anyway). It was so worth it. Love the way it looks as it is drying and after it dries (unless I accidentally put too much on) and I always get compliments on my nails. Some even ask where I got them done and I've never had a professional manicure done. Must have!
I LOVE this polish! I like to wear it over white nail polish and a good, visible sparkle top coat. It DOES try quickly si try to get it over the whole nail quick. I prefer a bit of a thinner coat (only one) because it looks more zebra like. It is very matte looking so I use a clear top coat. Love, love, love
This makes your manicure so much more fun, and it's super easy! If you're having trouble getting a good shatter, just remember you have to put it on quickly and thinly (it cracks more when it's thin and less when it's thick). You also CANNOT go back over a part you've already painted, because the stuff shatters in a matter of seconds and you'll ruin it. The only problem I have with this particular shatter is the brush. I ADORE OPI's brushes for normal nail polish, but I found that it puts the polish a little bit too thick on my nails for it to crack the way I want to. You can get around this, but it's a little bit more difficult. That's the only reason it gets a 9. Other than that, it's absolutely amazing and I totally recommend that you buy as many of these as you possibly can!
