I love this look

This stuff ROCKS!
This adds a much more fun twist to nail polish. After your base nail polish dries, you have to brush it on quickly because it shatters fast. If you don't get it on evenly fast then it looks clumpy. This product works and looks great. Naturally it's expensive and not exactly office-friendly. I love wearing bright neon colors as the base color and putting this on top. Brush it on thinly if you want more of a zebra-pattern. Brush on thicker if you want a blocky pattern. I think the OPI Shatter top coats are the best thing since sliced bread. When I use this, it gives an awesome shattered effect and it covers any boo boo's I get. This dries super fast so you need to be quick. Use the flatter, wider side of the brush for the middle of your nail, and then use the thinner side to apply to both sides. Make sure you are using a thin coat! If you apply too much, you lose the effect. I do not agree with another member who says you have to use this on top of light color polishes. There are so many colors of the OPI Shatter top coats now, that you can go wild with your nails or keep it toned down, it's entirely up to you! The reason I gave this a 9 instead of 10 is because this dries out in the bottle if you have it too long, so make sure you use it frequently or you will be throwing some out.
