Not bad.
This is my first time using a foam hair dye. It's definitely a lot less messier to work with and doesn't smell as strong. It's as effective as the normal dyes. Easy Color
Coloring hair is always a messy event, especially when your hair is as long as mine. I like the foam because it eliminated the mess factors. I also liked that instructions were very straight-forward and easy. My choice of color was dark brown and that is the color I got. I only have a few gray hairs, so they came out a bit lighter but I don't mind the highlighting effect. Novel product
If you hate messy liquids when you dye your hair then try this foam! I am kind of surprised that no one thought of this sooner! The thicker viscosity of the foam meant that there was less dripping in the bath room, less on your clothes, and less product on your skin! I hate when you get that drop of dye on your neck... especially since I have dark brown hair. There were a lot of colors to pick from for us brunettes, too! interesting, not the best for grey
Thanks for the free bottle to test! Had to give it a try and curious about the foam. Very easy to use, mix. Since my biggest thing for hair color is grey root coverage, I like to apply first to the grey and then the rest of my hair for best coverage. My tip, apply to grey for ten minutes first then apply to rest of hair for 25 minutes. Instructions indicate to leave the whole thing on for an ...read moreextra 10 minutes for grey coverage but I didn't want to damage all my hair that way, so I switched it up. When I first applied, I tired to use foam to cover grey adequately which was a challenge. I like to use a brush to get it on grey and that wasn't really possible with foam. Did my best to get the grey adequately covered for ten minutes then worked it in (using the whole bottle) on my long hair. Not too messy. Overall, happy with the color (dark brown) but grey hair (as indicated on the box) were a bit lighter like a highlighted effect. Not horrible but still not my idea of great grey coverage which is what I am looking for. Now I just need to see how it fades and what happens to these lighter parts- hopefully not brassy. Easy to use if you want one color with some dimension to it. Much prefer the 10 minute colors instead of the long 35 minute color! I'm in the foam
I wasn't sure if this would work on my hair, but I was willing to give it a try. I've seen this product on television, at my drug store, and in the Sunday paper. My only drawback was the odor. I felt it was a little too strong for my taste, but that's something I could live with.
