Glossy, rich colors
i really enjoyed this lip gloss/balm. it was a lot thicker and more heavily pigmented than the lip glosses and lip balms i usually use, and a lot glossier, but i ended up liking how it looked, and it was also super moisturizing. i did notice that it tends to rub off very, very quickly. Great lipstick replacement
I love this balm. It moisturizes while delivering a nice shine in several good colors. They are sheer enough for everyday wear and have an SPF of 15, which is a plus. Now that I have tried this out for a while, and tried several different colors I have raised my rating from a 5 to an 8. flat, waxy "shine"
I bought this in Clay, based on the excellent colormatch utility on the CoverGirl website, and it was a perfect nude shade for me. I really wanted to like it for that reason, but unfortunately the "shine" was flat and waxy, and made every line in my lips glaringly obvious. I never dared to wear it out of the house, but instead returned it. I seem to keep having bad luck with CoverGirl lip products, which are sooo clooose to being perfect, except for one fatal flaw. Nice tint.
I didn't get much color out of these, but my lips felt soft and the small tint that I did get looked very nice. I like the concept of colored lip balm and I also liked the packaging on this. Love, love, love!
I hate lipstick as I feel like a clown. I love lip gloss but I don't like how my hair sticks to it, and I also don't like how it can irritate my vocal cords (I'm a singer). I usually use Chapstick but feel like a need a little color. This is the perfect marriage of all three lip products! PLEASE never stop making this! Everyday staples
I am loving this product. Balmy, smooth consistency. Nice, natural color plus SPF definitely my everyday staples. I personally use Grenache (235). Its perfect for my yellow undertone. It stays pretty and i probably just add a bit more for evening occasion because the softness of the color.
