These are smooth and creamy with just a bit of shine. They have a pearl finish, but do NOT look frosty. They really help condition my lips and provide a flawless finish on the lip. i'm not impressed with this lipstick at all. Yes, it is moisturizing, and the smell is nice, but the rest leaves much to be desired. The one I've got is super-sheer, doesn't add any color to the lips, and it does look frosty- too many silvery oversized particles to achieve "shimmery" look. I enjoyed them..
but the shades kind of all feel the same to me. My advice is to just buy ONE, and if you like then expand your horizons. They're nice to wear over a lip color, but they don't look too shimmery alone if that's the way you want to wear it.
