An employee at Ulta recommended this to me.
I tested it in the store and was amazed at how easily it goes on. I have always had trouble with liquid liner, but not this one! I put it on and then smudge with shadow. Decent eyeliner
I like that is a potent dark black and the brush is thin and goes on easily and smoothly. The problem I have is that it isn't waterproof and it can smudge easily. easy to use
