Really exfoliating
I really liked this product. It has a much grittier consistency than the other St. Ives scrubs, but is less harsh. I didn't leave my skin red, but did leave it feeling clean and smooth. I really love the texture and a little goes a long way. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 5 people said helpful

I like it
It is really exfoliating. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I can really see the change in my skin! This stuff does miracles for black heads. I really like that. Not even the pore strips have been able to make black heads disappear like this product. I do not have that sensitive of a skin, so I use it everyday, once a day. I have also seen a reduction in the shine and oil. I am very impressed. Also, the price is amazing for the product you get. I only paid three dollars for it! It smells so fresh, and every time I wash my face it wakes me up. I don't know if it is supposed to prevent breakouts but I don't get as many breakouts as I used to before using this product. I guess exfoliating really helps your skin. This is a must have for me and highly recommend! — 10 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Not as good as the original
I prefer the apricot scrub to this one, I think it works better and you get more for a better price. This one is just ok compared to the other. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 6 people said helpful

Nice, effective
I only have a travel size of this scrub, but I've always liked it. I like how it's not as gritty as some other scrubs, so it isn't quite as harsh on the skin. It also seems to work well for helping prevent breakouts, which is always a problem for me when traveling. It has a pleasant scent, leaves my face feeling clean but not dry or tight (or irritated), and I don't need very much to clean my face, so that one travel size tube is lasting a long time, even though I did a fair bit of traveling since I bought it. I would buy it again, if I can find it (I don't think I've seen it anywhere since I purchased it). — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Very Dyring for Aging, Oily , Sensitive Skin
I keep seeing salicylic acne cleansers recommended for oily, acne prone skin and have had some luck with them not irritating my oily, sensitive skin in the past. I thought that using this scrub just a couple times a week would work however this was so drying that it took days just to put enough moisture back into my skin. If you're over 35, even if you still have oily, acne prone skin- be careful with this scrub. It didn't cause any sensitivity other than the dryness though. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

HORRIBLE
I can't write enough about how utterly terrible this scrub is. First: the texture.. It feels like you're taking up wet sand from the beach, but not soft wet sand, that hard rocky, grainy sand. So after you've wetted your face, this stuff still feels like ground up rock. Even if you wet the product itself, it still feels like hard rocky grains. This scrub is too harsh for any skin type. Second: the smell: it's not green tea scent. It's more of a plastic pool toy scent. Third: if you get it anywhere near you eyes, you'll be spending about 35 minutes trying to get out small hard grains that will irritate your eyes beyond belief. Also, it left my skin feeling raw and itchy. buyer beware. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

SoSo
I gave this a try and wasn't very impressed, I didn't feel like it gave me a deep down clean. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Average
Does a great job cleaning and exfoliating the face, but it leaves behind some residue on the edges around my face. I only use it when I'm at home and won't be going anywhere. — 5 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
