Not what I expected....

I bought the pink & brown the colors dont' show very well and very greasy! Dissapointed with this product

So Disappointed

I received this product as a buzz agent freebie. I wanted to like it. I really did. The colors are really nice ( I received the smoky grey colors). The packaging convenient. At first I applied the shadow portion. Very nice. A bit too creamy for my liking but anyways... Then the liner portion. A very thick liner at that. Overall the look was very nice. A very soft smoky eye (almost not smoky at al...read morel really). For about 5 minutes. Even using my Urban decay primer didn't keep this from smudging and creasing. Oh well, at least it was free.

CoverGirl Smoky ShadowBlast

I received this product for free during the CoverGirl Free GiveAway Promotion via FaceBook. This product is great in terms of easy application minus the use of fancy makeup brushes etc.. The ingredients used in the eye shadows are seemingly of a heavy oil base and unfortunately causes creasing and a messy type of application. I would like to see the colors a bit more defined and concentrated ...read moreversus watered down with oils. Depth and definition will take this product a long way. The concept is great for this item. CoverGirl will absolutely make this a best seller once they go back to the laboratory and experiment with changing certain chemicals to make this as Oprah would say, their "Ah-Ha" product of the year and beyond.

Worst Eyeshadow

I, like many other reviewers, was drawn in by the ease of this product as advertised. It seemed like such a great idea! However, this product creases literally within minutes of application. The few times I wore it, I actually ended up removing it. In addition to creasing, it feels very heavy and greasy. I do not recommend this product to anyone - it's a great idea, but CoverGirl did not execute.

Just not good.

I thought these were a great idea and was really excited to try them. I bought the pink/purple and black/silver. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the results (more so with the pink/purple). The colors are very hard to blend and don't last long at all. It seems like this is a theme among CoverGirl eyeshadows. I have yet to find one I'm really happy with.

Worst "eye shadow" product EVER!!!

I am a Bzz Agent and get products sent to me to try out and give my honest opinion of them. They sent out a bunch of these to me to have a "party" with my friends to try it out. I tried it out myself and it's definitely the worst eye shadow product I've ever used. I'm a makeup artist and have used just about every brand of every type of makeup out there. It's a cream/gel type product that crease...read mored within minutes. Even with high quality eye shadow primers that I always use. It looked good for maybe 2 minutes before it started to crease. I would blend it together again only to have it crease within minutes. It's awful!! Lucky for me I didn't have to pay for it since I was reviewing it but I did not have my party for my girlfriends to come over and try it out because it was such a crappy quality product that I was very disappointed in. I still use quite a few CoverGirl products and they are great, I would recommend them to people and I do when they don't want to spend an arm and a leg for top of the line, designer cosmetics. But they sure failed at this product!! Stay far, far away from it!

so-so

I thought the grey one slid on nicely and gave a really pretty look I just wish it wouldn't crease as much during the day.

okay I tried this product because I love the color combos but when I bought one the shadow was too creamy and smudged together and looked awful!!

not bad, but not wonderful

I picked this up wanting something quick and easy as I only have about 5min before heading out the door for work. Its not bad, the colors are very pretty, the sparkle isn't intense, and it can be layered easily for darker colors. What I didn't like is the angled color skipped when i went to put it in the crease of my eye. It has a tendency to migrate to the crease of my eye and leave dark lines th...read moreere at the end of an 8hr shift. It can be easily worked back out again with the tip of my finger, and it still doesn't look bad. I have sensitive eyes and I can't wear this product all day, my eyes burn after about 10 hours in it. All in all, it's not the worst product I've ever tried, I love the silver and purple colors that I picked up, and I will still continue to use it for work ,but then I'm going to take it off and give my eyes a break. I won't be buying anymore though.
