I was totally surprised with this
This reminds me of a Stila Smudge Pot a little but I think the texture is a little more on the creamy side of a gel. The formulation of the gel itself is very cool, it’s a paraben-free formula with natural lash conditioning ingredients. (I don’t know of many eyeliners with honeysuckle, jojoba, tourmaline, and biotin in them.) On my top lashes, I closed my eye and held it taut (kinda like tightlining), then applied Buxom Lashliner as close to the lashline as possible--and with that Buxom Lashliner brush, believe me it wasn’t hard! On my bottom lashes all I did was fill in between the lashes, kinda like connect the dots. I don’t think it’s too crazy or in-your-face but it still gives beautiful definition. I have to say that liner this thin and close to the lashline is very worry-free. It’s less likely to smudge, it stays put all day (and night), and gives you plenty of room for intense shades of shadow if you choose if you're someone like me who doesn't have a whole lot of landscape on the lid (I'm all brow bone it seem). Unless you already have a very thin and tapered point liner brush, I definitely recommend using the Buxom Lashliner brush with this for the thinnest and closest line to the lashes as possible :) My other MAC, Stila, and even my Bare Escentuals eye liner brushes don't give a thin enough line for the desired effect. — 3 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Liner
This is a really good product. I do think it has actually made my lashes a bit longer and I have no even been using it for a month yet. It is very easy to apply and stays put fairly well. I find that it does smudge a bit but I tend to have oily lids. I really like the sparkle aspect. It is subtle but it looks very pretty. When I bought it I got it at one of the Bare Escentual outlet stores and they only had the cobalt color. It is a beautiful shade and I have very dark eyes so it is really complimentary. You only need a very small bit and it is applied right next to the last line. It makes your eyes look so much bigger and really stand out. I also wear glasses and need to have a product that helps bring my eyes forward. I work in a hospital Emergency Department and do not really feel that it is appropriate to wear a lot of makeup. I feel this is the only eye product I need - it makes that much of an improvement in my appearance. I was wearing subtle shadows before but now I do not feel that I need those anymore. The pot it comes in is quite small so it is very portable. I feel that this is going to last probably longer than would be prudent before replacing. Since it is not a hard liner I would imagine going with the 3-month timetable do switch it up is probably appropriate. Although I guess I could just clean off the top layer to provide a bit more aseptic type environment. I tend to wipe off the top with a clean tissue to expose the fresh product underneath. I have never had an eye infection and I take great caution. — 5 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great product!
I use Leatherette, which is a matte black. It is much easier to apply than I thought it would be, lasts all day and rarely smudges. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because it dried out before I could use all the product in the pot. — 2 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
