Great Product
I was very interested in this product because of the commercial and the new brush! When I got it, I used it very carefully, trying to get every lash - but, I didn't have to worry about that because the brush got all the lashes and lengthened the lashes also! I love this product for a mascara! My 14 yr. old daughter even got one and wears it everyday. (She's even almost out!!) Meh.
I was really excited to try this mascara because of the brush, and it was cheaper than the Givenchy mascara with a similar brush. Huge disappointment. It was extremely clumpy, and only worked well for my corner lashes. I would think it works well for shorter lashes that need a lil thickening. use the REGULAR telescopic
this brush appears to be god's gift to eyelashes per penelope cruz when the commercial came out. L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Mascara is the best mascara I have ever used. It opens up my eyes and makes them look better and I then see the world in a brighter way. Amazing!!!

Somewhat messy...
My local Walmart ran out of my favorite CoverGirl mascara, so I thought I'd try out this one. First, the fact that the little ball makes that vacuum *pop* sound when it comes out of the tube means that it makes a mess around the end of the tube. No matter how careful I am, I have to constantly wipe the end with a clean tissue. The formula is "blobby" and forms clumps. The design of the...read more wand is not bad, though I needed to develop some skill in order to separate each lash with the "blobs". It requires time I don't always have in the morning. However, once I finally manage to get the desired "unblobby" effect, it lasts all day without irritation. (It doesn't flake in my case, either.) Awful
I have tried so many drugstore mascaras and this is the absolute worse. It clumped like crazy and was hard for me to use. The brush is fantastic for getting the corner eyelashes and the tips, but it sucks when trying to get the entire lash. It's okay, but better mascaras exist.
When I first saw a commercial for this mascara, I thought it would work really well because of the specially shaped brush. Wrong. If anything, the brush makes it more difficult to apply mascara. I've found that the best way to apply any mascara is to use the "zig-zag" motion, but you can't do this because the brush is to difficult to maneuver. I ended up poking my eye. It took more time ...read moreto use this than regular mascara. the advertisments and packaging said that it gets every lash from every direction, including the corners of the eyes. This is not true at all. I had to swipe the brush over my lashes about 6 times before they were close to being fully covered. As for the actual mascara, it is extremely clumpy unless you wipe most of it off the brush.
