Use a gentle hand!

I liked this product once I figured out how to use it! It is very easy to get too much of the product on your skin while you are rolling it. It also takes an extremely gentle touch. The first time I used it, I was too firm and actually got bruising under my eye. Once I got it figured out, however, I really like the product. The roller balls feel very nice - very cooling as well. It is also good as it doesn't tug at your skin, like I tend to do when using my finger to apply under eye lotion. It is also excellent for travel b/c there is no tub to deal with. No tub = no potential spills! — 10 months ago

Not bad...

I rec'd this as a gift so I was more then happy to give it a shot knowing that I didn't invest anything more then some time into it. I didn't notice a difference while I was using it, however when I stopped using it, I did notice a slight difference. Will I buy this...that I'm not sure of, I'm convinced there's something better out there. — 2 years, 6 months ago

Not a favorite delivery system...

I do not like the feel of the roller balls on the delicate skin under my eyes. Not to mention - since you roll it over your skin, I think it is easier to contaminate the product. I'll stick with the eye serum I can gently apply to that delicate area under the eyes and pass on this product in the future. Also I didn't see many results in the little over a month I used the product although the area was more hydrated. A plus however is the eye cream itself was not irritating to my eyes. — 1 year, 1 month ago

I love the Regenerist line from Olay. The eyeroller is a great product. It has smoothed my skin and lightened the under eye shadows that I have. It feels wonderful going on, nice and cool and seems to immediately bring down any puffiness. — 1 year, 2 months ago

Rollerball needs improvement

Good eyecream but I found that the rollerballs didn't really move thus creating a little discomfort. I ended up just rolling the product on my finger and dabbing it myself. Too much tugging on the eye is bad for it and can create wrinkles. — 1 year, 2 months ago

causes burning sensation and itchiness

EVERY time I have tried to use this product, I get some sort of allergic reaction, where the skin around my eyes feel itchy, and my eyes constantly have this burning-i want to close my eyes and sleep reaction. I think it could be a reaction to the metal in the rollers since I get rashes when my skin is in contact with metal - maybe if they used hard plastic instead of metal i wouldn't react with the itchy feeling. But the solution itself could be the problem. I don't know if it lets off fumes that irritate my eyes, or sinks thru the skin enough to dry up the membranes that help produce tears, but my eyes burn the entire day, and I've tried it several times with the same result. — 1 year, 4 months ago

There Really Is Immediate Results

I am a 49 year old woman who is refusing to grow old gracefully. I love this product. Not only does it lift the eye, but it also gets rid of puffiness and dark circles. Great application idea

Wanted to love this product. Got a great deal at Costco and have been using it for several months. The effects are good but not great. I do love the application idea but I may not replace it again. As a 50 year old woman, I always look for products that will help keep aging at bay. I could see a difference in the fine lines around my eyes becoming less noticeable within the first week. After a month of using this I could see a significant change! I even started using it to help minimize smile lines and lines on my forehead. (who said this was just for eyes?) You can go to a department store and pay double the price for other wrinkle creams, but why would you when this one delivers for a lot less?
